Terms of Us Policy

Reservations:

  • Book Ahead: We require reservations to be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual appointments.
  • Large Groups: For events involving corporations, weddings, or large parties, please book your reservation at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Payment Methods:

  • We Accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Zelle Quick Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay are all welcome payment methods.
  • Reservation Fee: A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will be charged in full for the service 1 day before your appointment.
  • Taxes: Taxes are applied to your service total.
  • Gratuities: While gratuities are not included in our pricing, a 20% gratuity is appreciated. All Spa Group Party Events are subjected to a 20% gratuity added additionally on the total bill.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Booking: The minimum booking amount for spa group parties eventis $300.

Deposits: Deposits can be made through cash, credit card, zelle quick pay, venmo or online booking website.

Custom Events: For corporate events, weddings, and large parties require custom packages or quotes, please contact us for details. We typically respond with custom quote proposals within 24 hours.

Travel Fees: Traveling charges apply for services performed outside of the current zip code mile radius areas that we service 33362,10462, 32792, 10701, 91502, 42819 within the alotted 12 miles radius. Mileage outside the alotted service area is subject to additional Travel Convenience fee charges.

Parking Charges: Parking fees will be added to your service total when paid public parking is required for your appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but timely notification allows us to serve other clients. To ensure fairness and optimize scheduling, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Window:
    • Group Spa Special Event Booking Appointments:
      • We appreciate a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests for Group Spa Special Event appointments. This advanced notification allows us to optimize our schedule and accommodate another client seeking similar services.
    • Same Day/Next Day Appointments:
      • Due to the high demand for last-minute appointments, we require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of same-day or next-day appointments. This ensures fair compensation for the therapist’s time reserved specifically for you.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made outside the cancellation cut-off period cancellation notice will incur a service charge of 50% charged to your credit card.

No-Show Policy: Unfortunately, appointments missed entirely (“no-shows”) will be charged for the full price of the reserved service. Your appointment is a commitment to both you and your therapist’s time

Age Policy:

  • For safety and legal reasons, the minimum age requirement for spa services is 18 years old. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult and have a waiver form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

 

Professional Conduct:

*To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual innuendo or harassment. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate comments, gestures, or behavior towards our staff or other clients.

Any client engaging in such behavior will be immediately dismissed from the premises with no refund for the current service or any remaining booked treatments.*
